Lehigh provides a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP), managed by Health Advocate, to assist benefits-eligible staff and dependents with personal problems like substance abuse, family, or financial stress. It offers five free assessment/short-term counseling sessions per incident. The EAP is accessed via self-referral, supervisory recommendation, or formal management referral, but is not a substitute for addressing poor job performance.
